**Notice (updated October 2022): We are excited to welcome groups to our Centre. Due to ongoing capacity maximums, we reserve the right to limit the size of your group or require groups break into smaller groups and stagger entry.

We offer reduced rates for groups of 12 people or more!

Groups must request a booking at least one week prior to scheduled arrival date in order to be eligible for the discount.

All bookings must be completed via the self-guided booking form (below). Please note - the booking form is a request only and is NOT a confirmation of booking. A confirmation email with a cost estimate will be sent once the booking is approved.

Admission costs are payable on arrival by cash, debit or credit card.

Seniors (age 65+) - $12+tax

Youth (age 13-18) - $10+tax

Chaperone Rate:

Children/Youth/University Groups: 1 free adult per 10 paying guests
Assisted Living Senior’s Facilities: 1 free adult per 10 paying guests

Arrival
In order to provide your group with an efficient check-in experience, we ask that your group arrive together at your scheduled arrival time. Please inform us prior to arrival if guest numbers have changed or if you will be late. A staff member will greet your group and provide an introduction to the Centre.

Length of Visit
Self-guided tours take approximately one hour to complete. Admission is good for the whole day, so guests can leave and come back into the Aquarium until 30 minutes prior to closing.

Bus Loading & Parking
There are a limited number of free 2-hour parking spots in the underground lot that the Centre shares with the Sidney Pier Hotel and Spa. Vehicles must be under 6'6” in height to enter the lot and taller vehicles will need to find parking on the street or use the pay parking lot adjacent to the Centre. For buses, groups can be dropped off and picked up at the main entrance, with bus parking located at Tulista Park or the Mary Winspear Centre.
